TEAM CANADA COMPETES AT BOCUSE D'OR FINALE IN LYON - 2017-01-26
The Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) is pleased to announce that Bocuse d’Or Canada Team 2017 participated in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or finale in Lyon, France. The Bocuse d’Or was created by Paul Bocuse in 1987 and celebrated its 30th anniversary. Canada has proudly participated in every bi-annual competition since its inception.
Team Canada 2017 consisted of Candidate Chef James Olberg, his commis Navjeet Singh and coach Chef Trevor Ritchie. Our team placed 17, out of 24 fierce countries. Team USA won Gold Bocuse, Norway won Silver Bocuse, and Iceland the Bronze Bocuse. We congratulate our neighbors’ from the South for an excellent performance and achievement.
